Our first party of the year was a fun studio potluck party with lots of food, dance workshops, and social dancing! We welcomed the new year in with a lou sang.

We danced a lot, with a line dance workshop and ShimmyFitz dance workshop.

Xmas Dance Party 2023

Our Xmas Dance Party was an amazing success!

Here are some of the highlights!

NON-STOP DANCING!

    • There were fantastic student performances.

    • We had a Bachata Solo dance workshop conducted by one of our dance leaders.

    • We also had a ShimmyFitz dance workshop to introduce everyone to shimmy techniques.

GIFTS GALORE

    • Each guest received a door gift worth more than RM150.

    • There was a random gift exchange to keep us in the Christmas spirit!

    • We had a lucky draw with electronic items, including a smart watch, earbuds, and original Apple AirPods!

    • We also had a Best Dressed competition where three lovely ladies walked away like queens with tiaras and gifts worth more than RM100 each.

Event: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind organised by Jazzercise

Venue: UNITAR, Kelana Jaya

The Latin Chicas had the honour of being invited by the event organisers to perform!

The event was about promoting healthy bodies and healthy minds, with non-stop Jazzercise activities as well as booths promoting health and fitness products and services.

The Latin Chicas were one of the highlights of the event, showing off their dance moves at the end of the event.

RISING STARS 1ST ANNIVERSARY & GRADUATION PARTY 2023

At this party, many of our dance students graduated from the Latin Solo Beginner courses and Latin Solo Intermediate Choreography classes. There were plenty of dance performances and dance showcases.

Every guest had personalised door gifts with their names on bags and keychains, and the dance graduates had personalised bags and water bottles with their names.

The Winners Innovative Entrepreneurs Network (WIEN) had their annual dinner this year where they honoured their members with entrepreneur awards. Among the performances gracing the stage were superstar funnywoman Joanne Kam, as well as our very humble Latin Solo dance teacher, Zyen!

We had a dance party in conjunction with International Dance Day! Featuring dance performances and simple dance workshops to get everyone on the dance floor, it was a great way for everyone to socialise and enjoy the dancing!


Our student performance team put on a Chacha Solo dance performance to Guajira while our intermediate students showcased a routine they had learnt in class to Made You Look.
